By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

2. Products

All products are made-to-order and printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Product colours may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We do our best to ensure accurate representations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We use Shopify Payments to process transactions securely. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Production

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters production immediately. Because items are custom-made for you, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted. Please double-check your size, design selection, and delivery address before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your item has been produced (typically 3-7 business days). Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy. In summary, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for wrong size ordered or change of mind, as all products are custom-made.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Not for Everyone / Studio Monk, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Not for Everyone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
