Refund policy

At NOT FOR EVERYONE, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is produced individually for you, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it free of charge.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us at wearnotforeveryone@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. Do not send any item back before contacting us; returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Change of Mind and Wrong Size

Because our products are custom-made on demand specifically for each order, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or color. We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. Please note that this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Where applicable, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How to Start a Return

To begin an approved return, email us at wearnotforeveryone@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we will provide instructions and confirm the correct return address for your region, as our fulfillment is handled across multiple international facilities:

Please do not ship any item back until we have confirmed your return and provided the correct address, as sending it to the wrong facility may delay or prevent your refund.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at wearnotforeveryone@gmail.com.

Exchanges

As items are made to order, the fastest way to get a different size or design is to place a new order. If your original item qualifies for a return under this policy, we will process the refund separately once approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable except where they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, or where required by applicable law (including the EU cooling-off period above).
