What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we accept returns and replacements on products that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund — no extra cost to you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Since each piece is printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. When will I get my order?
Every order is produced after you place it, so delivery happens in two stages: fulfillment and shipping. Fulfillment (printing and quality checks) typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days for domestic orders and 5–20 business days for international destinations. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
